Subject to the additional restrictions below, Georgia residents 18 and older may receive two (2) passes for the opportunity to watch an advance screening of “Jack the Giant Slayer” (the “Movie”) on Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 at 7:00pm. Beginning at 12:01 a.m. (E.T.) on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, participants can visit www.accessatlanta.com/contests and following all posted instructions. Each entrant will receive a confirmation message at the end of their submission. The first 45 participants to bring a printout of Sponsor’s confirmation message to Sponsor’s offices at 223 Perimeter Center Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30346 will receive two (2) pasess, which may admit the participant and a guest to the Movie. The Giveaway will end when all passes have been distributed or on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. (E.T.), whichever comes first. Entrants are encouraged to call the AJC Security Desk at 404-526-5110 to check availability of passes.

PASSES DO NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION TO THE MOVIE. THE THEATER IS INTENTIONALLY OVERBOOKED BY THE MOVIE STUDIO TO ENSURE CAPACITY AND POSSESSION OF A PASS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION. Please arrive early to the theater. Seating is first-come, first-served. No one will be admitted once the Movie begins.

Limit: One (1) pass per person and per household. Passes will not be given for more than one movie at one time. The use of multiple names, addresses, and/or identities is prohibited. Mechanically reproduced or altered email messages will be void. Employees of Cox Enterprises, Inc., Radius Films, each of their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to participate.

Passes available while supplies last. Passes have no retail value, no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Passes are void if copied, purchased, traded, or sold. No refund or compensation will be made to any participant in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Movie. Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost, mutilated, or stolen passes. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to void the passes of any persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of the Giveaway as solely determined by Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s Giveaway application service provider.

BY PARTICIPATING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO FULLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, RADIUS FILMS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, TRUSTEES, FRANCHISEES, LICENSEES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION OR PUBLIC RELATIONS AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND EACH SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER HARM WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF: (1) PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY; (2) THE QUALITY, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY EMAIL MESSAGE OR MOVIE PASS; OR (3) ANY TRAVEL TO AND FROM ANY GIVEAWAY-RELATED ACTIVITY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRAVEL TO SPONSOR’S OFFICES AND/OR TO THE MOVIE).

The AJC Movie Pass Giveaway is sponsored by Cox Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 223 Perimeter Center Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30346, whose decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway shall be final and binding in all respects.
